I had 4 different strains in grow tent during halfway through flowering all started seed . They were autos ,, will the seeds be a cross of the 4

Probably mistaking swelling calyx as a seed pod. Pics would clarify.

I wouldn’t pop those seeds. Straight to trash. Those plants will herm and herm, never recycle poor genetics.

I often tell people to not grow seeds that were not made intensionaly. Just a guideline, plants take months to finnish and there are many good tested seeds available. For basic plant knowledge, each calyx grows a seed from one single pollen, so a bud has many calyxes and can contain seeds from several fathers and itself, but each seed has only one(if selved) or two parents, not more.
