Beginner Mistake or Bigger Problem? Can it be saved?

Long and the short of it. Ran some outdoor autos for a first grow that finished in the first half of August. Dispo had some random seeds from a NY distributor with no history or track record. Came out small but okay for a first attempt. Ordered some RQS seeds. Tried to push a second run. These were also planted outside as a late season whim in non ideal pots but tossed em in the ground anyway. All was doing fine. A week of scheduled rain was on the forecast so i accelerated my plan to set up a tent for the winter. Got a full AC Infinity set up. Not the all in one. Built from scratch with better intake vent & light. Made sure to get the Samsung diodes like Scotty recommends. Plants transitioned poorly. I was a bit too aggressive with the lights. They got light/heat stressed. Was misting the walls to maintain humidity while waiting on a humidifier. Went away. Someone was tending to the plants. I didn’t give clear directions. Rather than just mist the walls they also misted the plants on two separate occassions… with the lights on! It’s been over a week. Are they completely cooked? They haven’t grown new leaves or started pumping out new pistils. What should I do? Or did something else happen to them? Should I remove them? Also included are photos of the plants that don’t look as damaged. The plants are in day 47 of 70-85 day recommended cycle. Any help would be great.

    Love the name!

While not ideal, your plants may come through this just fine. You might get spots on leaves.

Thanks! Maybe…? The worst one just showed some signs of life. What appear to be some new bud sites lower on the plant and a build up of resin on some of the sugar leaves. May send these two back into the yard to finish up if they don’t improve more.

I’ve acquired an odd collection of hobbies and have learned where I want to be is never where I’ll start. It’s all learning. Even when you think you know what you’re doing there’s always something new to pick up along the way. Expected some issues along the way. More bummed out that I rushed them inside to survive a storm that the ones in the large planters all survived. Thriving more outside than what I screwed up bring them in. Live and learn.

Not real sure how many plants that is but it looks like a couple will be fine. The buds will be smaller because they are definitely stunted and a couple are toast as far as any flower goes. She will survive and maybe try to pop some new flowers but those aren’t coming back.

Saw what I think is the beginning of some new bud development at different spots on the worst one. Hoping for a turn around but it’s been 2 weeks of basically no improvement. Yet today I saw some orange pistils popping in the middle of the plant and visibly noticeable resin build up on the sugar leaves of the parts that were cooked.

If it were me I would keep the biggest healthiest ones and pop some new seeds to replace the ones removed. It’s always sad to cull the heard so to speak but is usaully better for the overall health of the garden. Not to mention using resources to grow new healthier plants than on feeding ill producing plants.

Just mixed some soil. pH is spot on. Going to try this germination tank for the first time. Debating what genetics to plant. If the plants don’t recover I’ll cull them or maybe just toss them outside and hope for the best.
