I grew some Fast Buds fast flowering Orange Sherbet with a flowering time of seven weeks last year. I used my normal grow and feeding routine but me thinks seven weeks is kind of deceptive. Whatever flower time is I add two weeks at the end for trichomes to develop on every plant I grow. You’re still going to be watching and waiting on trichomes.
OK, I notice after posting that you’re an outdoor grower. My advice is based on indoor tent grows. Nevertheless, I just watch the plants and never pay much attention to breeders flower time so it’s the same principle.
I do both, indoor and outdoor. These ones i put out early in order to see if they withstand low temperatures and are fit to go out on a field. As in March the light cycle is still below or around 12 hrs, they started to go into flowering. They already served their purpose, but i want to keep them anyway and was lookinj for some input from folks who had the same with their plants.
They will revert to vegetative growth. Painfully slow but you have a long season ahead. Expect a very bushy plant that will need trimming after you start seeing 5 bladed leaves.
I just noticed the same on one of my 3 outside. The other 2 are fine. I’m interested to see if she’ll reveg. If I had the room I’d move her into the flower tent and just let her finish.
Put them out a few weeks ago. There is a shade cloth in the greenhouse so maybe that’s what’s doing it. The other 2 are fine but they are different strains than this one. If I had room in the flower tent I’d bring her in.
