Keep your temp 73-75. Try not to drop more than 5 degrees at night temps. When your temp drops at night, it is the dew point for mold (pm). Check out dew point and the VPD calculator. I keep my tent at 74-75 at night with a 56-58%. I tried sharing that link but for some reason I can only post links from my iPad.

Your next investment in a vpd heater. ACI’s heater is awesome and $100

Also, I took my cups off when they got the first true leaves. Keep your VPD in check and the plants will go into overdrive. Everything I told you is personal experience and what I’ve taken from everything. 2nd year, 2nd grow. Hope that helps bro 🤙

I agree with taking the cups off. Get them exposed to a light breeze and harden them off. Steady a she goes. Move up your vpd a little at a time through veg. I won’t start any training until they’re 5 or 6 nodes tall. They can take the stress after about 3 weeks.

Yeah, running at night would be your best bet one a tent of space heater. I have a mini ceramic bringing the ambient temperature up. It’s running constantly and it helps cut the humidity by drying it out. One thing I did was pirch the cup up with something so it keeps humidity but gets a lot of airflow. About a 1/2”-1’ is fine. Worked great for me. I get tired of waiting so I alter suggestions at times for possible benefits.https://www.calculator.net/dew-point-calculator.html

im in the basement so its a bit colder than rest of house so maybe i go for a slightly different light schedule to balance that lowered the temp value on fan to get the overl temp down to 75 as my max temp

If you’re able to keep the room in the right humidity range, you won’t really need the cups. Better safe than sorry though. I’d keep the cups on for the first week or so after sprouting, depending on how dry the room is. I’ve had some go all through veg with the humidity in the 40’s and 50’s without any serious effects. So it won’t be catastrophic if things aren’t on point. Looking good though👍

Take cups off, no need for them, keep humidity between 50 and 75 and your golden, mist seedlings 2 or 3 times a day if you can and keep surrounding area moist with sprayer as well, i always plant seedlings into hydrated soil, then daily seedling and soil surface sprays until it needs to be watered.

@vanislandbeauty would you add recharge into your first watering? Curious because I’m in the same stage and not sure when to begin implementing recharge.

Ive never used it before but from what ive heard, should be able to use it every water or at least every 2 or 3 waters, and yes I would also use it initially when i pre hydrate the soil before planting and or first watering as well

More air flow equals stronger stalks too. That’s how I think about it aside from curbing PM. The biggest issue you can make is overdoing it. Especially with autos.

I’m gonna get hate but I don’t think new growers should grow autos. I would try photos until you get the hang of growing. Just my 23 year grow suggestion. ✌️
