Light Suggestions

New grower, just got my first outdoor harvest completed and I’m trying to narrow down some light options in my

4×4 Veg tent (300 watt MarsHydro)

    5×10 Bloom tent (empty)

I was considering upgrading to a bar style fixed spectrum model for my veg and a spectrum tuning or hps for flower.

A lot of companies seem very gimmicky and I’m not trying to buy into the marketing hype.

I plan on taking clones from the mother and flowering in the 5×10 but if I send the clones straight into bloom I worry a fixed spectrum/bloom light may not support them properly. I was considering GrandMasterLevel or Mammoth or HLG, but I’d love some suggestions and guidance!

Spectrum tuning i feel grandmaster is dominating it currently. Full spectrum, HLG is what i have currently, great customer support and all, cant go wrong. Highgrove cypress evo is the other one i would like to say.

its light , long as you have the right spectrum your good , its a plant not that hard to get it right

long as its quality it will work fine

Light is more important than that. Spectrum yes but also the efficiency and output is big. The right spectrum isnt doing anything if its not enough photons. The light itself the diodes, structure, durability. Junk wont last as long as quality. Then it comes to maker and their support and service. The best light in the world can have issue, no warranty or customer service then what? I have had lights in a few budget ranges. The outcome showed. People go very wrong on lights when its the main energy of your grow. Be smart about it.
