Impossible to accurately say without seeing the plant. Random damaged leaves say nothing unfortunately. I can say this is not a nutritional issue. It’s a root issue if anthing. Make sure the media’s pH is in range by checking the run off. Lots of things can stress/damage root hairs like pH, over/under watering and pests. Where the damaged leaves are on the plant matters. Bottom, middle and/or top tells the story.
