I’m not expert, but, from what I have learned, self pollinated “herms” will produce female seeds of that exact plant. The viability of those seeds are dependent on the genetics of the mother plant, but you should be able to recreate it successfully

I am currently testing that hypothesis, my last plant was stressed into herm state, and I just popped three beans to see how they do.
