Looking good! Are you going to do a second layer as well?

Planning on dropping another net just for support, was waiting until stretch settles in.
Just defoliated last night. Always scares me to go this aggresive but the wife taught me and lord has she been right before.

This strain (Jelly Donutz from HSC) claims to only need a 55 day flowering cycle. We have it in a 10 gallon fabric pot.
I feel like if im forcing the plant to develop an un-natural number of colas it may take an un-naturally long time to finish… should I just tell my gut to be quiet? Or is my gut onto something?
Advanced thank you to anyone offering thoughts!

I was going back and forth over whether i should or not, thank you for the comment. I was in the process of it last night and the lights went out on me.
I swear time goes faster in that room!

Day 18, still need to finish plucking all the lower flowers and leaves off.
I never mentioned any specs for this grow;
500 watt “Ace Farmer” ali baba special that seems to put out plenty of ppfd Dimmed to 75% currently.
The screen in 32″x32″
No co2
Humidity stays between 45-60%
Using General Hydroponics “Flora” series with a feeding of fish emulsion now again.
Feeding with every watering, watering till draining then removing standing water within an hour
10 gallon fabric pot
Jelly Donutz from Humboldt Seed Co

I hope I can achieve that nice spread and lush canopy. Everything looks so even. I haven’t figured out how to get that kind of spread and perfect grow like that. Excellent.

Thank you. This is my wife and I’s first time doing this so I can’t offer specific details that would pertain to your grow style.
If you gave details of your process I could maybe offer a perspective.
