Hey guys. I’ve been fighting an inner dilemma and I don’t know why. I work in the oil and gas industry and I do enjoy a good smoke after work over a drink. But it feels weird hiding it from everyone, like it used to when I was much younger. I’ve got a family now, keep a bottle of fix ready, and just try to lay low. What do you guys do for work, how do handle the risks and what are you guys growin?! I just popped a NL auto and a White Widdow auto.

Same actually. But I don’t care. I’m not at a big corporate company. Pluses and minuses to that 😎. My coworkers that do burn, they were my testers last run and played Santa clause this winter. If you catch my drift. Gave it out like candy. Accidentally left almost nothing for myself haha. Thankfully about to harvest some Paloma X and an auto this month. Going to be a little more conservative about it this time.

Nice. We’re not a huge corporation and we’re privately owned so that’s a plus.

And none of my guys smoke that I know of. Anyone that does anything chases snows drifts.. but I just tell them don’t be mad at me if you fail a random and idc what you do outside of work as long as you show up, work, and don’t cause anyone any trouble. My direct report told me the same thing basically. He’s been gifted some magical mycological fruits lol

My boss is a smoker as well i do Hvac. Love my job . Currently growing multiple different types.

Best thing I can say is keep your nose down and ride it out as long as you can or find a weed friendly job but chances are you will take a pay cut. Good luck

I’ve always watched people like a hawk when I first start somewhere when they start pulling out vapes to see what they look like and I’ll open conversation depeing on person about the flavor of vape to keep it vague. But almost everyone at my current place of work does smoke or has smoked and just no longer partakes but doesn’t mind. Union job, no ransoms, just at hire and if you damage machinery/get hurt on job. The only job that nobody smoked at was a contractor job and it was strictly because at any point we could pickup another gov contract and have to pee per contract but I just smoked straight CBD all the time then for the pain relief
