Well don’t! Things change, sometimes they get worse before they get better. The bad days give you more of an appreciation of the good days. You are loved.
It takes work to find a way to love yourself. Once you do you can move forward without fear. Knowing that your reason to exist is so simple it was in front of you the whole time. The meaning of life is to live. Not sad just simple.
Have you tried Myers-Briggs Personality Typing (MBTI). Do the free online test and find out what type you are, then research those characteristics. It can teach you a lot about yourself and why you feel this way. It changed my life.
Did you research into your type, and traits of other types, relationships with them, etc?
When you understand why you are who you are right now, and how you feel and understand that it couldn’t have been any other way, it changes your view on reality and makes you shed the weight of things you’re carrying. Then everything feels better.
