3 weeks into my flower cycle and i dont like waking up so early. also my AC dosnt like to turn on in the early morning temps. id like to move my 12/12 start time up a hour from 0700 to 0800. was thinking about 5min a day for the change.

Do one extra-long ‘night’. The lack of light should not hurt, as extra light will.

One day of change will not affect anything. Multiple days can shift hormonal balances. Give them an extra hour of darkness when making the switch like @bhangdog mentioned.
