Recently purchased a dobpress 12 ton press. Going to be pressing flower and hash. Looking for info to minimize failing. What bags should I get? How hot and how long do I press? What other things do I need to make it easier? Any info is appreciated. Thanks

They have excellent 5×5 parchment sheets that fit that press perfectly.

Their bags are excellent. For that press the 4×2 inch bags are what you want. For flower use 90 or 120 micron bags, for kief use 25-37 micron.

Temps vary… I don’t go above the upper 170°s…but I know some that go to 200°. Low and slow for me.

I’ve had that press a couple years. Hmu if ya need any help or whatever.✌️

Garbage in garbage out. I try to do my pressing right after drying. No cure.

Flower: 170-180 degrees. 90-120 micron bag. I press faster than most. With a 4 gram-ish press I take about 30 seconds to get to full pressure and then about only 30 seconds at full pressure. I find that usually gets me where I want to be. Obviously different plants get different mileage.
