Have you read the Recharge label? Recharge has molasses. Don’t be redundant. Mix Recharge in water and use solution right away. Don’t bubble or store it. Soil microbes don’t live in water very long.

Totally agree! You also don’t want to keep Recharge or Molasses for any extended period of time. It’s a great way to add bad bacteria to the air stones as well. 🤢

I was thinking first week black strap molasses one top dress and the second Recharge to finish

I would just soil drench once a week with Recharge and keep your medium moist and your good to go. 👌

I use molasses with recharge, mix in water ,bubble for 30 minutes with air stone , does it hurt or help ? No clue but it gives me comfort knowing I tried and have had 0 negative results.

So I don’t use added molasses but I do use water left over from boiled potatoes to add that extra kick to my pots. Recharge, fresh pressed kelp, potato water, yucca powder, and a tiny boost of amino acids make up my current “friday funky milshake” I feed my girls in flower weekly. I’m running synganic coco DTW with a good amount of organic amends btw.
My 2cents is if your seeing the results you like, then rock your style. The most fun things about growing can be the art as much as the science aspects. Although I have heard leaving certain inoculants in water for longer than necessary can possibly take away from their effectiveness

I’ve seen good results from using fresh black strap molasses vs powdered and bagged molasses I’m not sure if it has to do with bioavailability or what just anecdotal experience here!

Just use recharge! That’s all you need. Molasses and plenty of other beneficials!

Don’t need molases as recharge is an instant tea that already has molases to feed the microbes. Don’t drown them, they live in soil not water.
