I often hear people on this channel casting shade on us baby boomers. We’re the main reason marijuanna laws are not being passed. We are ignorant about the medicinal value of cannabis, etc. We watched ‘Reefer madness,” in school, were told to hide under our desk in case of nuclear attack.
I tried smoking in 1971 and exposed the lies I had been taught. I didn’t start consuming regularly until 1973.
Remember woodstock, protesting the vietnam war, Kent state. We pressed for change. We explored all avenues to expand our minds. I addnitt some times we went too far, but we learned. I have been a supporter of NORMAL since 1976. Listened to cheech and Chong’s albums , and later their movies. We read the “Fabulous Furry Freal Brothers,” and subscribed to high times magazine. We did the best we could.
We spent time in prison for rediculous marijuana laws. We suffered torrment from others that were blinded by the propaganda disseminated by our government. Give us a break…We started the battle.

I had the yellow covered vinyl, think it was a double. I had two in it is what I remember. Someone stole it off the wall. That was given to me from my pops. Hilarious stuff.

There’s no need to argue, parents just don’t understand. Said the pimp slapper. Reminds me of when my parents couldn’t program a VCR in the 80-90’s and give me the same blank looks today when it comes to computers. Didn’t y’all invent this shit? Asking for a Gen X friend.

I was thinking the same thing while I’m cleaning the porn of my boomer dad’s computer lol The third time he tried to blame my nephew. 😂 At least Daddy had decent taste 👅
