I like writing and recording my own songs. This one was about stealth smoking for decades. I had a friend play lead and we only recorded for fun and don’t play gigs or sell anything. My friend Dan did two tours in Vietnam, I am a Vietnam era flight deck veteran so it’s about as vintage as it gets.
I like classic rock, stoner rock and some metal. I’m old enough that I listened to the Doors when they were alive and getting radio play and they still hold up well.

Still one of my favorite records from Peter Tosh! A big part of it’s appeal to me was that it has a unusal disco-funk groove for a reggae tune, especially the bass line has that disco-funk groove!
Who knows, maybe we can light it up @ The Buckingham Palace some day.
