Considering the price you got all this for… The trial and error and letting us know what worked best might be a cool experiment.

-Keep everything super cold! Starting material, tools, work room, drying area… everything! Keep it cold!

-Be gentle! Stir or agitate slowly and carefully while washing. Being too rough will really tank your quality. Focus on quality and let the yield come naturally. You can always wash your material a second time to try to get more out of it. Don’t try to beat more yield out of your material, it will just ruin quality!

-Drying is super important. Get your drying area dialed in and Keep it cold and dry! If you have access to a freeze dryer that’s the easy way. If not, do some research on air drying hash and consider techniques like sieving or microplaning. Water trapped in the hash will cause it to turn dark, loose flavor and oxidize. Get that water out while keeping temps low to preserve color, flavor, and potency.

-Take pics and notes as you go. Have someone there to help ya if possible. Try to be observant and learn from every batch! Hash making is an art, keep working at it and improving your skills. Practice practice practice! 🖖🙂👍

Soak the material in the ice bath for at least 20 minutes before agitating stir very gently a couple times to break up any air pockets.

Bubble hash is fine, but using dry ice instead is Wwwaayyyyyyyy better IMO…. It’s Faster and I believe you get a ton more….. also, you’re not using water so there isn’t any dry time. Research dry ice hash.

I literally did this today and just used the trim I got from 1.5 plants. I did use a 160 micron instead of a smaller micro …. But I don’t care because I’m gonna press it anyway.

Yeah, I looked at it and they say water run is way cleaner run with better product outcome.

Press? As in oil? I wish! If I did, I would just press the whole 25lb bag. It’s all grind bud from the grow house they process into oil and pre-rolls. The guy that gifted it to me got a 50lb bag few lbs of bud. Gallons of oil, wax and sauce. Hooked me up with half gallon cbd oil to make pain-cream.

I got the bubble bags and ice is the only thing I can afford. Damn thing stunk up my garage so bad, the mrs got pissed about the smell. Now she’s making me take down my grow. She says with all this stuff I got and the deals the neighbor gives me, I don’t need to grow.

I fight for my right to grow but it’s her place and when she’s right

Aww. Sorry to hear you have to take down your grow. I just started growing and I definitely feel like I enjoy growing more than smoking and I have medical. I tend to find that once I started to grow I just want to smoke my own bud.

I had a lot of issues with medicine being inconsistent in terms of the effects provided so I needed to learn how to grow.

I love seeing other peoples grow too!
