He threw water on me onetime. I was at one of tge many ozfest shows I went to. It was like 100 degrees. I was in the front row. The crew were bringing out 5 gallon buckets if water out and he was throwing them on the crowd. I was the first, I thought it was going to be a fake out joke. Nope it was water I was surprised as shit. Then he started throwing water on everyone up front. It was so awesome.

The first time I heard Ozzy sing was in 1971 when I was 5 or 6. My older brother brought Black Sabbath’s Master of Reality. Mom was very religious and she hid the album,several times, but I kept finding it! I’ve been lucky to see Ozzy perform with Sabbath or solo 4 different times. His music will always be with us.

Godspeed Ozzman, Prince of Darkness. I’m looking forward to the day when I hear your voice along with Lemmy, and all of the legendary musicians we’ve listened to.
