SweetParticipantApril 10, 2025 at 11:38 amHey DGC, first post 🍻 Mr Sweamish here 👍
I’ve just watched Scottys new video about watering it was great and got Me wondering if people use things to dechlorinate ?
I use sodium thiosulfate, it is real cheap and is used in water treatment. In basic terms the sodium bonds to the chlorine and produces salt, a tiny bit. With organics I don’t find the salts a problem or see any residue on the pot bottoms.
It’s used as IV also to help cancer patients.
It helps combat Cyanide poisoning.
Fun fact : Used a treatment for ring worm.. Nice!
The more I read the more great things I find about this hidden gem… or crystalline structure lol.
Thought I’d share and see what the DGC think 🤔…

You’re right in all counts. They pump saline into me monthly with infusions. I have well water so chlorine isn’t a thing.

Yeah man you guys know your stuff, there is a company that sells Sodium ascorbate but watered down and says the activitie ingredient is vitamin c which is not fully transparent in my opinion.
I posted here because Sodium thiosulfate or Sodium ascorbate are perfect companions with microbes and obviously Recharge.
Cheers.
