Ive always been iffy about a huge defoliation but finally went for it was this too much for week 3?

Nah you should be fine. Next time I would try to heavy defoliate at week 1 then clean up at week 3.

Thats called Shnauzing at day 20, and it looks a little skinny for my style, but you`re right on track and at this size the root mass is big and strong and your plant looks very healthy already, so this means its gonna bounce right back and in a week it wont look skinny anymore.

Looking great. You can do whatever you want to these plants in veg. They are super resilient.
