Peppers, watermelons and a kind of berry for the birds. Mulberry maybe? There’s some sort of fungus popping up in the pepper box, is this a good or bad thing? Everything except the berries is in Grow Dots, weekly Recharge for all of the outdoor plants.

What’s your purple pepper variety? I’ve tried purple beauty for 3 years now and they always seem stunted or they lack the vigor of all the other peppers I have.

@osageguerilla I’m not sure. Unfortunately the marker got blown away, or stolen by the raccoons. They started a very deep, almost black purple. The color change started a few days ago, I have no idea what they’re supposed to look like when ready. I guess I’ll pick these 2 at different times and find out. I don’t eat peppers, they’re for my mother. I just like watching them grow.

Hey, Dude. I just became a member today. Ive been watching you and Scotty on YouTube for a little over a year now. I’ve been gardening my entire life, my mentor into gardening was my neighbor that was born 1915. Compost, wood fire ashes, chicken shit garden lime. He had the best gardens ever. I was born 1985. He was tilling and gardening a large garden well into his 90s and it was always well kept. My mother has always grown flowers but my interest at first was peppers and tomatoes. This man is my hero still to this day. Often people ask what would Jesus do?? HB Firm would most likely do the same thing. He was such a kind man!

Anyhow Ive been growing cannabis 24 years. First time was inside then I started guerilla 2003. I’m from Ohio and last year was the first year that I was able to grow large plants within my vegatable and flower garden. I just sorta mix things up. I think that cannabis has a place next to my other plants. I have a 3×3 tent that I can pull frosty nuggs. Something about using the giant halide in the sky makes my day. I love being able to look out and see my ladies and check for pests as I chomp on cherry tomatoes. My passion is to develop a strain or strains that can finish in September, I want to make an heirloom for my spot in Ohio. So any other small scale honest Ohio outdoor growers interested in a breeding co op let me know. I have my own peppers too. I will add better pics tomorrow. I was just so excited that I found a place to show my garden. I have Figs, cotton, tobacco, 80 pepper plants of different varieties and many that I’m cross breeding and inbreeding. I have one of my own variety that I will gladly trade seeds of.

20 or so tomatoes, I’ve got my girlfriend interested in the garden and she’s learning and she has no idea how much it makes my day to have a smoking buddy in my garden.. she’s really getting into Zinnias and Gerbera daisies but this year she wants to grow a variety of coneflowers. I encourage e everyone to grow all kinds of all the plants and i promise your cannabis growing skills will only get better.

The watermelons have made their way into the second trellis and are starting to flower. Lots of banana peppers and purple mystery peppers (lost the marker). The shrooms made their way into the watermelon box, they seem to love the Recharge as much as the plants do.

I don’t have pics, and it’s dark so I’ll just list them.

    Outdoor:

    • Basil
    • Peppers (Several varieties from a mystery pepper seed bag).
    • Watermelon
    • Cucumber
    • Tomato
    • Sunflower
    • Pumpkin
    • Green beans
    • Zucchini

    Indoor:

    • Parsley
    • Peppers
    • Rosemary
    • Basil
    • Cantaloupe (I ran out of room in my outdoor beds, and before I could make a space, the vines had started weaving through the window blinds, so I’m just keeping it inside.)

    Standard houseplants (Pothos, Ficus)

Basil and rosemary are the VIPs. They do a great job of making my grow areas less hospitable for bugs. Great for cooking, and my rabbit likes them, which means more rabbit poop for my outdoor beds.

10 foot tall cherry tomato plants in 20 gallon pots of leftover coco/perlite/dots. I only grew one cherry tomato this year and it wound up about 14′ tall and 6 feet wide. Also had a purple tomato that was 5 feet tall and 8 feet wide. Did some corn this year (yum, mid size ears), strawberries (cant get sun cuz of the tomatoes) a couple potatoes (not yet harvested) and a watermellon (has 2 small ones).
