If there’s no severe change in the environment and the plants haven’t been completely neglected, something is attacking the roots. A plant can wilt quickly from a lack of water, severe temp/humidity changes due to neglect but if nothing has drastically changed, I’d be scoping the roots for pests. This looks like a pest problem. Looks like they got one and are going after the others now.

Going on looks alone… this looks like heat or drought stress. Has the environment gotten out of wack? or did you miss a watering and they got a bit too dry?
We can make educated guesses based on a pic, but without more info its really hard to offer much useful advice. If you can tell us some more information about your grow, the environment, and how this plant has been treated, we could probably give you a better answer and some suggestions to help get things back on track.

Thanks, everyone. I think I’ve traced it back to accidental massive underwatering. I’m using SIP bases. I was doing OK until week 7 flower, when (for reasons I still can’t fathom – must have been high 🤣), I decided not to top water any more but didn’t realise there was a problem with my res being too low to send water and not topping up the pots. I’m guessing it’s either catastrophic dryness left unchecked for 3 days, or some kind of pest or pathogen – i’ve seen no signs that were obvious to me but I’ll check the roots when I harvest. Fortunately, there is still enough THC to get the job done 🙂
Hey ho! I live and learn. I’ve got three other plants going outdoors soon enough for my supply not to be affected too badly.

No problem. You will have to go a week without water as punishment.
