so i just put x3 Gorilla Glue in the tent in 3 gal fabric pots. i plan to veg for 30-45 days then flip to 12/12. I’m not looking for monster plants because i only have use a 2x4x6 tent. i hope to get a half pound off the 3 plants. not sure if its attainable with such a short veg.

Yea i go from 3-5 gallon depends on the strain id say sativa could work well with 3 gallon being its not so bushy unless your LST and topping, Auto flowers work well in 3 gallon if its a 7-8 week harvest.
Any auto that’s 9-13 week id say run with a 5 gallon
Phenotypes id go nothing less than a 5 gallon
*** You can also try bottom feeding using a tray to water the plants water 10% of your pot size the plants will soak in the water from the bottom, if they do not take the water after 1-2 hours depending on temps. take out the plant so its roots are drowning

I interchange my pot size depending on the room I have available @ the time since I’m running perpetually.. Autos I Don’t think need more that a 3 gal to show their full potential, but most of my regs get either 5 gal or 7 gal fabric pot. I usually run multiple strains simultaneously so if it’s my first time running it it may go in a 3 gal, but if I like its expression best believe it’s clone is going in that 7 gal next Run.. Grow up ⬆️ homies big 🫶🏿

Size the pot to the amount of time the plant will grow in it. About 1 gallon per month.

My reply would be similar. Depends on how long you want to veg for…

I base my pot size on the type of plant and size of the run. I put my autos in either 2 or 3 gallons, depending on how many I intend on running. Photos, I do a minimum of 5 gallon, sometimes 7.

It sounds like a smaller pot or fabric pots would help. Maybe a moisture meter (a real one, not the cheap ones) https://www.kisorganics.com/products/digital-moisture-meter
I’m assuming that your feeding salt nutes. It’s hard to go straight organics in a small pot. If organic only I’d suggest fabric pots, more perlite or pumice in the mix.

The prices dropped. They aren’t that expensive anymore thankfully. Back to $75 on Amazon

My experience is the smaller the pot size, the more attention you have to give it.
h2o , nutes, training…
