Meet Ups

Hey Northeast DGC! I would love to set up a meet up. Each November I usually go the Harvest Cup in Worcester MA, (The birth place of the Smiley face 🙂) This is a pretty pretty decent event with seeds clones and Plenty of other vendors. This is unfortunately not a consumption event. It would be nice to have a meet up someplace where we could consume. if anybody else up here in the Northeast Nose of an event or a location nearby where we could consume Let me know in the comments below and we’ll get started on setting a meet up.

I wish there where more growers events around. Up here in Maine all the events are dispos and caregivers selling product. I want to talk to growers and seed/grow supply vendors. not buy weed. I had heard of a consumption lounge in Mass somewhere at one point but it has been a few years so i am not sure if it is there. maybe a Mass Grower could gives us more info, but a place like that would be awesome for us to meet up at. @rollin-fattys you know anything about any consumption lounges?

Possibly the Boston Freedom Rally it’s pending licensing right now but they have it every year so I’m willing to bet it’s gonna happen.

I will look into this Rally. The lounge I was thinking of is called The Summit Lounge and it looks like it is in Worcester.

@one-eyed-cat Yes! We need more grower oriented events up here. I have been to the Worcester Harvest Cup. It was fun, but not a ton for growers. Went to an NECANN in Boxborough MA, but that was definitely geared to the commercial side. Good music at that one :). Seems like there’s gotta be more going on for the home grow crowd.

There used to be one here in Maine called The Home Grow Show and the last time I went it had nothing to do with growing and full of caregivers and packaging companies

The XCUP in CT is a consumption event It was this year at least.

This Event is in a few months and I have been to it a few times. the times that were more fun involved meeting other DGC there! I didn’t get to go last year due to my hand surgeries, but I plan to attend this year so this in a meet up option. We can always plan more then one meet up!
