It’s crazy how hard it is to find classic OG. Someone else suggested Humboldt CSI Chem 91 x Triangle Kush, which should be amazing as CSI is easily one of the top 5 breeders out there, but I’d also consider this:

It’s got Notsodog’s Headband cut as a mother. That cut is literally the LA cut of OG Kush (aka the Murder cut), renamed “Headband” to avoid trouble when it was moved up to the bay area from LA.

MemberNovember 22, 2024 at 6:09 pm in reply to: Chlorosis at the top of my canopy. What could my issue be?I had a similar problem with my current grow of autos about 2 weeks into flower. As I normally grow photos, I was confused because nitrogen deficiency usually starts at the bottom and spreads up, and the other option for intervienal chlorosis is Mg deficiency. But I was almost certain that wasn’t the case as the organic fert/tea I’m using has Mg in it. So I doubled the fert rate (I was already using half of the lowest recommended “bloom” dosage) and applied Optic Foliar Transport, Rev and Watts a few times and it greened up again pretty good. I don’t want to see fade until there’s only a few weeks left. I think it’s possible autos might exhibit nitrogen deficiency differently than photos.

Revegging can take up to 3 or 4 months for all the hormones and everything to settle back into place. Rasta Jeff does 18/6 for his last 1 or 2 weeks in flower, so it’s going to take much longer than a week or two for your plant to exhibit normal growth. You’re gonna get a lot of weird shaped leaves until hormones are back to normal as well. Just be patient.

I’m in Syracuse, but I drive to finger lakes pretty often to drink some Reisling at Dr Konstantin Frank.

First of all, you give breeders way too much credit. Second, the OP was talking about revegging a plant that he got from bagseed.

HERMS ARE A GOOD THING! never toss a plant because it herms… Fact: Chem91 was bagseed (possible herm), Superskunk hermed like a mofo, which is why the first Diesel was a mistake from a hermed plant. Cookies was a hermed bagseed. And that’s just to name a few, as there are many other famous genetics that exist because of herming “mistakes.” Just because it herms, doesn’t mean it’s bad genetics. Herming is the plant’s natural defense against extinction.
