When I had my greenhouses (ornamental not medical) we would root-bound plants and “up-pot” to control the plant size, footprint, and how much media we were forced to use (we want the pots filled with roots not expensive media). The transfer would also stress the roots and slow growth which I wanted. I wanted little cheap to care for plants that would put on some size when they were someone elses problem to care for. I never looked at “up-potting” as beneficial to the plant but more of a precision stress technique to control size and the amount of food I had to give them.
In my medical garden I’ll direct sow in my final pot with a 10″ outdoor humidity dome (Amazon) over the seed site. You really have to remember to water the plant size and not the container in this situation.

But, I have kept vacuum sealed containers of dry pollen in the freezer for up to 2 years and it was still viable although not as potent. Maybe 1/4 of the amount of seeds. It’s honestly easier to keep a father plant.

It looks like a calcium deficiency.
What medium are you growing in, how often do you feed/water, and do you have a pH meter?

I usually see rare genetics being live auctioned in various live chats and podcasts. Used to be forums.
Check out CSIHumboldt on Seeds Here Now. Inspecta has made some solid gear.
A lot depends on what you’re looking for and then authenticity becomes a factor as well.

I store seeds in a freezer. Won’t be an issue. Watch for moisture. If you’re extra concerned, let them sit overnight spread on a paper towel.

Much quieter. But, like everything quality had gone down. Go with a decent brand, or well reviewed if shopping online.

Herm can be caused by stress, but in photoperiod plants it’s usually more likely due to genetic disposition imo.

I run autos in the corners of several of my tents. I get a better yield under 100w at 18/6 than I do under 300w at 12/12.
