Question: Can a feminized plant that hermied, pollinate with a photo period plant? Also, can 2 feminized plants that hermied pollinate each other?

Anything female can be pollinated by anything producing pollen. Feminized seeds are actually made by stressing part of a Female plant to herm and using that pollen to produce XX plants – Known as Feminized seeds.

I’ve been wondering… is a partial harvest of these larger colas a good idea?
I’ve run out of medicine currently and pulling those large colas down for harvest could allow me to lower the lights providing all the smaller inner flowers to develop more.
What are your thoughts on doing a partial harvest on those bigger cola sites? Take it or leave it?

You gotta do you first. If it’s medicine, then use it! 😇

ZoomyCat, what I would myself is take some, as I use it for medicine mostly and I cannot go a day without it. Hope that helps some.
