Here’s to Day 8. PalomaNights
Second set of true leaves coming on but no roots popping out of the rooter plug. Was thinking about tearing the bottom of the plug but I don’t want to mess with her too much. Seeing the first set makes me want to get her in the soil regardless so nutrition isn’t off with the Dots.
Whats the verdict, whats the DGC think?
Get her in the soil and put a solo with holes so she can be on track with the Dots and get her running?
Other than that to me, she’s vigorous and going to make someone veereeery happy.
wraiths1, Sasquatch and 4 others-
I usually wait til I have roots. but as long as you can keep them domed, and/or the humidity up, I’d go for it. I found some domes online that fit on solos, and they’ve really helped me during this stage. Keep up the great work I’m following along.

@Frank_White yeah that’s where I’m torn because a clone definitely would be popping out of the plug. My pea seedling had a wad of roots popping out the plug last night and I put it in a little one gal, nursery pot. I have a little plastic nursery cup I can put soil in with the plug and sit the whole thing in the tray so at least the soil nutrients can start being absorbed into the plug. I’m just looking at it as the dots are time released per stage of growth. I’ll wait till Saturday. ( Don’t rush, don’t rush) lol.
