Weird Growth! What to do?
I have this amnesia plant growing outside, it is growing in my own super soil mix in a 30 gal. From sprout it has been a vigorous grower and a little weird. First few leaves looked a little funky and then at the third node I think it start have anywheres from 3-5 leaves/shoots develop. At 5th node it self topped. Continued to grow vigorously nodes shooting frequently out on a spiral up the main now 2 stocks, so I was basically like cool let her grow.
Went away a few days and came back to find that one of the mains now has a flat stem with still weirdly spiraling nodes.
So my question and wonder is do I not worry about it and let it ride or maybe top it below the flat stem and the let her go?
Already keeping an eye out for intersex with all the weirdness of this lady.
FYI, all other plants look great and normal

There’s a name for this defect i’ve read about it before…I’d just run it an see what she does
