UPS dropped off my AC Infinity order this morning just as I was about to can the last of the pears and I’m going to practice making sour kraut for summer hotdogs. I have zero idea what to do with the gnarly squash I grew though!
I’ve been using 1 gal fabric and panda bags in numbers and like the fabric better. As long as they are allowed to dry back properly, they kick ass in a SOG flood/ebb flow situation, for me.
These are thin but I think they’ll be more stable (Good point,Thanks @Dude ) when moving them around when I need to. I have some cuts to take today that I think I’m going to drop stright into these and see if they’ll take it. Less steps in the future… I can also test immediately flipping to check for sex quicker too. $9 for a 50pk.
ABHX3!🤘🏼

I love squash. Easily my 3rd favorite vegetable.

@GuppyGirl Im thinking cube them up and bake ’em with butter, salt and pepper. My youngest says make a pie!🤣

@Casadelwhacko Try hot smoked paprika! Or butter and brown sugar.

@undefined Giing with the brown sugar and going to play with some spices on the side. I tried smoking an urn of paprika on the big smoker over 30 hours last summer… it’s glorious. 🤘🏼

Squash fries are also tasty with salt and a light dusting of Parmesan…

@Hash my son came in and took a bunch of cubes up pieces and tossed them in a mix of garlic, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Tossed in the air fryer after misting them with olive oil and DAMN!! Thanks for the suggestion brother!!
