Anyone able to identify this little guy? And how best to get them out of my tent?

Not sure on the bug, leaf hopper of something. I tried using the OTC for pests. I mix 2 Tbs of vegetable oil, 1 Tablespoons of clear and unscented dish soap with 1 Tablespoon of baking soda. Mix in 1 gallon water sprayer and apply liberally after lights out. Spray the bottom and top of leaves and let dry. This mix kills bugs and PM. Makes…
