Anyone have any tips on germinating some 40+ year old seeds? My parents recently found a bunch of old seeds from the 80’s

Try soaking them in a kelp extract solution

It’s hard to wrap my brain around the fact that the eighties were four years ago. I would try using the water starting method, where you put the seeds in a glass of water and set that in a dark cupboard. If the seeds float you might be able to hatch them. I used this method several times and it works pretty good. Seems like it could help them…
