I cut some clones today but the grow store was out of plugs so I picked up some 1.5″ wrapped rockwool cubes. It’s been a long time since I’ve clones in rockwool but it was the first thing I used to clone. pH’d my water to 5.5 and used MSA and some ruby from new millennium and the regular clonex solution. Dip and stick 🤣🤣🤣 what do you all think do you like rockwool or plugs? How do you clone?

I use a DWC with half strength Clonex, or if I only want one or two cuts i’ll use a 1 qt canning jar with the same solution and an aerator then wrap that with a black cloth to keep the light out . Then when I pot them up i’ll use the cloning water to water them in… i’ve cut some 12-14 inch clones with that method no trimming and they rooted just fine and saves a couple weeks of veg time
