How to deal with powdery mildew outdoors, in-ground?

I’m about a week or two from harvesting my 1st outdoor grow and am fighting PM on a large 6-8 foot tall/wide tree. I did a major trim (to increase airflow and light) when I first noticed it and have been trimming and spraying (H2O2 + Baking Soda + water) every few days, but it keeps coming back… should I be worried about PM in the buds? Will it affect drying?

The spray seems to “wash” off some of the trichomes, so I don’t want to get much on the buds since they are so close to harvest.

This is Runtz photoperiod in So Cal. (Grew another of the same pack of seeds in a 12 Gal pot right next to this, planted the same day, and it was harvested and dried weeks ago)
