I’m ready!
I am not into baking but I love Tiramisu so its a fun watch. However I am a coffee enthusiast so it might be fun to do sometime.

I do wonder why in the video a Moke Pot was not an option as a “Stovetop Espresso” maker seems legit for this purpose.

I had a thought today @Dude I’m wondering if the plant is close enough to the light? Perhaps it is cultivar specific but my plants are much shorter than yours with true leaves forming already under the Sprout lights. The Sprout lights are only 10w each so you’re providing more than enough light for sure!
I’d put the PPFD Meter on your phone…

Update pics on baby plants. Flowering girl with strawberry friends. Spider plant in bedroom(probs pissed about it’s vpd) and the herbs in my kitchen window, catnip decided to flower.
Mocha has access to that window sill and could destroy the catnip if she desired.
