Clone taken from mother 4 weeks ago, showing pre-flowers I think. How long can I keep it in veg?

Took a few clones from it, and they seem to be doing well, so hopefully I can make up for the loss with this one.

I am using a coco/perlite mix in a fabric pot. The root mass at the top is dense, bottom half has hundreds of air prunes roots. I removed the wicks from the base and only use it as an overflow when watering. Most of the yellowed and necrotic leaves easily detached from the stem, and new growth shows minimal damage for now. Keeping my fingers crossed

Tried an auto-watering system, and it didn’t go so well. Allowed the medium to dry, but the damage keeps getting worse Can it be saved?
