Neem oil is a possible solution if you are still in veg.

I have been using a foliar spray of neem oil and peppermint oil with good results. I brought a plant inside to flower and the pests were out of control. I treated up to the 4th week of flower and everything looks way better now. I wouldn’t toss them but I am an optimist…lol. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
