What I think you’re reaching for here is what’s called grafting. Some plants, notably fruit trees like peaches plums apricots etc, will in fact allow you to several a limb from One tree and graft it on to another in such a way that that tree will now produce both fruits. I can’t say I’ve ever looked for it, but I am unaware of any research that shows this working in cannabis.

I literally just bought a 24 seat cloner. I did that because I want to start getting clones from some of the breeders that I really respect, like Jr token and Rasta Jeff.
My plan is to do exactly what I heard Scotty real say on the show. Grow that clone up to the point that I can take a clone from it, put that one in your cloner and make all of your clones from it. Be as safe as possible to avoid past problems!

I may fly in for it to meet folks.

How is your grow doing now?

How far are you into the grow? You don’t have to but it can be advantageous. Esp. if it’s a really 🔥 plant and you want to make lots of little plants from it.

There’s so many to choose from! I’m about to start a round of Cherry Paloma, I think. I’ve heard good things.

Thank you! I have a mini fridge I used to keep mycological specimens in that I think will work perfectly for this!

Do you also put them in a bag that protects them from light?

I love that he gives people a pretty good deal on his tester strains too. Gives you kind of a preview of what he’s about to put out that way, I wish more breeders would do that!

Okay, so you should still be in the vegetative phase! That means yeah go right ahead and cut as many clones off that thing as you want, via whatever method you normally use, if you do indoor grows during the winter for example. And of course if you don’t want to make clones from it, you can just do whatever trimming is necessary, but clones are good! You can always give them away to indoor growers.

Awesome. How did you know it was boron deficient? How did you fix it? I want to learn. 👍☺️
-
What were those direction? Also, what symptoms did the plant have that lead to discover it had a deficiency? Sounds interesting!
