The plants flowered under the blurple produce very respectable bud for me. I would think that, as long as enough ppfd out of the lights, you should be fine. I use a blurple for veg in one tent, and while light led’s in other tents. The plants under the blurple actually veg much better! It’s less efficient, is heavy, and has fans…but grows some really nice plants in veg phase. I switch over to white lights for flower now though. Seems to deliver more bang for the buck.

I haven’t had any problems with the zippers…but I guess I don’t really use the bags that way. I heat seal them and use them for long term storage. I pack up a bunch of half ounce bags and dump a bag into a pint mason jar for my day to day use. The half are also a good amount to gift to friends and family…which is where most of it…
