For anyone struggling to quit drinking…
This song kept me from relapsing many times by reminding me of what an idiot I had become. Sobriety date 11/6/23! Base hits so turn it up…

This past Sunday I hit 4 years cold turkey. I still don’t have a solid answer as to how, but I know growing this plant helps.

What worked for me was to quit everything for a few months. Otherwise being hi ( good or bad hi ) would lead to drinking. Meds in the beginning as a crutch. Once my head felt good sober, only then did I start smoking again. Eventually dropped meds. Really payed more attention to terps than thc. Lemonine, limonene, limousine? Fug that word but…

Nice. Got a few teddies I planted late. Usually get a few wild ones from the bird feeder too. Love sunflowers. Never realized how many different types there are.

I can’t sleep. Got put on some meds a few months back. At the time I needed them. Didn’t wanna be a zombie forever so I quit. Tried once before and the problem I was having came back way worse. Did some research on quitting said meds. Found out how hard it was gonna be to quit and successfully did it second try. Just knowing what to expect…
