I’ve done 4 hours in crockpot before on low. I put this on “extra low”. I plugged it into a dial timer for overnight 15 minutes on and off. Temp with IR Therm 130* to 160*. few places on interwebs said longer the stronger? Will keep posted I did have a small bit off a spoon a couple hours in. I should have been asleep two hours ago lol

Definitely make butter i do it stove top after decarb. Takes about 4 hours overall. Never tried crock pot. 12 hours seems long but maybe I’m wrong.
