It doesn’t last long, just top every bowl. Don’t bother saving it unless you’re gringing a bunch to actually do something. Best served fresh haha

I trimmed a bit early, but im burbing the jar everytime it climbs above 62%. Its about 68-69% if kept in there closed for an hour. Since its about 6% over, i let it drop the same amount on the other side so 54-54% before putting the lid back on. As the percent decreases i will lvl that difference out.
