I use the Migro UVB fluorescent tube 75% uvb 25% uva (€95).
20w and the tube is replaceable (€35)
Height 50cm from canopy.
Duration 2hrs mid light cycle (hours 8-10 of 12) the final 3 weeks of flower.

You have made an excellent decision. Silicium is the best silica additive I have ever used. Be careful mixing yes that is a decimal point. It is amazing as foliar, spray which is my preferred application.

Holy shit I forgot how much air movement is lost by a dirty fan, grill and blade.
I use metal blade fans, and after cleaning I changed the counter bend a little bit maybe 3.5% (I don’t really know the % I bent it more🤣) on the back end of the fin wow what a major improvement.
