He has a Doctorate in Horticulture, and is currently teaching plant nutrition, plant physiology, and environmental instrumentation at Utah State University. Many Accolades.

Would like to know his thoughts on supplemental lighting in correlation with c02 if it still helps without a high co2 say average co2 is 500-600 . Also the amount of time he would run each and during what part of the light cycle doing a 18-6 on autoflowers

Supplemental UV lights how long to run and how often to boost trichome production? Please and Thank you

The doctor has already done this in his own videos. From every thing I can find, no one can demonstrate a measurable result from using UV lights indoors. I’m fairly certain the idea that trichomes are “plant sunscreen” is just a laughable wives tale.

Yeah I’ve seen UV increase terpenes, but no clear evidence supporting an increase in trichomes

What does he think about HPS? Does he notice specific differences in the plants versus LED? Is he single and ready to mingle? Does he date married women With outdated lighting equipment? Tell him I have watched his videos and always enjoyed the clarity.

Scotty, I would like to ask about EC. With focus with using city water with a starting EC of 400-500, hard water. Advantages and disadvantages to using my city water versus treated water such as RO.

What are the most impactful variables to plant growth and bud size that you’ve seen in your tests?

Is intracanopy lighting actually beneficial and if so, should it match your schedule or be used in a supplemental way somewhat like UV? 🤘🏼

What happens when you’re leaf gets silver spots and you don’t find any bugs or powdered mold can heat cause the spots ? Or can the led lights do this

I would like to hear his thoughts on lower temperatures during flower.
Particularly the minimum recommended leaf surface temperature and the best area of the plant to take that reading for best results.
