The Grand Master Level technique is legit.
When one removes a leaf, it slow sugar(growth) production, that branch slows down, it lets light to lower branches which is dank, so potey
this method is dialed in, when you remove that leaf thats attached to the cola of colas, it allows a ton of light to 5+ branches, more like 25 branches, lets fucking go boys

i personally do a mixed technique
#1 remove tallest branches medium-large leaves if you forgot to remove them already
#2 Finger them – fingering your plants means to remove the middle finger of the leaves to allow light to the lower leaves and flowers, without slowing down that upper branches growth too much

Often by taking only half the top, it grows back with three shoots. It’s a technique we have used for some time with good success. Do it when the double shoots are new and forming. Saves on repeated topping for yield. I start on the main at 5th internode, then top the larger limbs below the same way. This is sufficient for productive yield with…
