I totally didn’t realize the size of the grow community till the last few months. As a Bible belt resident whose been clean for 30yrs, I was a little worried about logging onto similar topic websites. I started watching dgs videos and am hooked. I finally have all my plants hanging. I had a very hard time this harvest, because I lose feeling in my hands and it has been getting worse. I find out next week if it is a write issues and carpal tunnel or if it has to do with my spine issues and extra ribs. I had a few mishaps and unintentionally cut a few Paloma Night buds off. I can’t wait…

I quit eating bread. Not all but significantly less than before. Had a ton of joint pain from skateboarding. It’s all but gone away since I kept an eye ( no pun intended ) on bread. Nice pics!

Intermittent fasting has been a game changer for me too. Humans ( if we are really from here lol ) as hunter gatherers didn’t eat but 4 or 5 times a week probably. When we store all the extra crap we eat today, it’s like running your car on old gas. Not to mention when you fast your body consumes a bunch of bad stuff as it’s running out of…
