Did my last bag of Enoki but this time in the commercially bought masters mix. The bags i shook up on Tuesday are all regenerating. The Enoki # 1&2 were inoculated only 2 days ago and also showing good signs of colonization. I’m gonna be eating mushrooms until Christmas 🤣
