How did you arrive at the “per hour” duration, instead of a solid 2 hours?

So, are you running it for 6 hours consecutively during flower? Or 30 minutes on/30 minutes off?

Definitely worth it for me because growing is also a fun hobby and these Migro fixtures are inexpensive. I also like tweaking and fiddling with everything.

Well, it seemed to me like it was the frostiest run I’ve had yet. But, since it was the only time I’ve used UVB, IDK if it was genetics or any number of other variables.
