I agree plant needs to rest and rebuild cellular structure even just 4 hrs

Just watched some videos from Fast Buds and dude said he likes 20 on and 4 off. He said to run them 24 hours you’d just have more expense in electric than reward from the plant. I like 18/6 myself. Good luck!

I’ve ran a bunch of autos this year. Some 24-0 the whole grow, some 24-0 through veg and 18-6 in flower, some 18-6 the whole grow. 18-6 throughout seems to work the best so far for me.

24 veg always. They do great and sleep when they flower lol
