Does raw honey really work to root clones?

I’ve never heard that. Honey is antimicrobial so that may help with rooting. I’d be interested to hear more.

@tweetop yes, plus it’s full of vitamins and enzymes. If you google it there is plenty of articles. Even some science. Just really wondering if anyone has used it. I bought some. 5$ compared to 20 to 30$ is more my speed.

It helps keep the cut area clean as it’s a natural antiseptic. But as an actual rooting promoter, I don’t think so.

Yes, it works well. So does aloe. We used to keep aloe in veg tent years ago

I feed my plants honey durning bloom once. It did about the same as molasses. I didn’t realize it could be used rooter too. Very cool.
