I have this same light. I use it for flower because it has far red leds spaced in it bar. It makes mine stretch a bit more than my other light without them. I like the stretch in flower to give better light penetration.

I got one purple heart in week 2 of veg. I’ve grown cbd dominant before so I have a good idea it’s going to stretch a lot so I manifolds it. Get you a pic when lights on. Cbd cross so fast it can get away from you height wise I found.
